The Gleason Batch mixers offer Australian Growers the most comprehensive soil mixing solution. The Gleason mixer features a companion auger to the main spiral mixer that moves soil from bulkhead to bulk head in addition to the normal rotational tumbling that occurs with the main spiral. A common flaw with mixers using only one spiral is that the media at either end is not mixed properly resulting in subsequent lack of uniformity in crops. Not so with the Gleason mixer due to the unique blending system. The mixer offers growers complete flexibility with various options available for the machine including :- steam sterilization, water adding, timer controls, castors etc , etc. The machine is available in 1, 2 and 4 cubic yard capacities and can have standard legs or longer legs to give more space underneath the mixer for elevators etc. Please see the pdf document for futher details.
