We take pride in our high quality products. We spend a lot of time and effort in researching best quality manufacturing practices, identifying the best from the rest. Our people are widely traveled and know personally the people responsible for quality assurance at the manufacturing level of our suppliers. We offer high quality products matched with a genuine care for the economic success of our customers.

How can you get our products?

 

We accept orders both in writing also by phone, fax and email. Sufficiently detailed orders containing product numbers speed up the process of allocation and dispatch. Normally where supply is needed on a regular basis it is best that these orders are negotiated well ahead of scheduled need. Where possible short call orders are dispatched same day from warehouse stocks. Larger full container lots are arranged separately for direct delivery. If you are hundreds of kilometers away transportation by rail, truck or air is available. Just inform us of your preferred transportation instructions and we will do our best to follow them. If we cannot arrange your preferred method then we will choose the most economical and fastest means available. We will then inform you of our arrangement.

How  much do our products and services cost?

The price of our products can be found in a separate price list. To make sure you have found the correct price please compare the product number given in the list - to the number shown against the product you select. As some items are imported we are forced to change prices from time to time. When ordering please ask to check the current pricing. You can rely on the prices we give in our confirmation of your order. Please note that wherever possible we will try to absorb a price rise by making improved efficiencies. However this isn’t always possible but you can be assured that our pricing will always be competitive and value for money.

You won’t be disappointed.

Problems .…When confidence in your supplier matters

In the event that you have a problem with any of our products or services we will strive to resolve any issues as a matter of priority, we realise that sometimes things can happen that are beyond our control. We will work to resolve any matter in a fast and efficient manner that has least impact on your business.

Late Payments…….Please avoid it, it costs you more.

Our products and services are supplied at a level that makes them affordable. Late payments and the associated handling costs, drive prices upwards. Therefore to keep the costs of products low you can help us to keep the cost of administration down. Please ensure that your payments are sent to us no later than the due date. Any business or individual who is late paying a due account will be charged an account administration fee for dealing with the late payment. At time of press this is $25 + GST, interest will charged daily on any overdue amounts at a rate equivalent to 10% APR.

How  to  pay  for  purchases?

 It is normal we offer open account payment arrangements to our existing long term customers with approved credit. Open account orders are invoiced after dispatch with payment coming due 30 days later or as may be prior agreed against a specific written offer. For larger consignments of forward planned deliveries it is usual these are against written offer documents and separately agreed payment terms.

All goods supplied by Transplant Systems Pty Ltd remain ours until paid for in full.
