The Demtec Dempic is a machine that can save you labour ! Working in union with your existing potting machine the Dempic can plant upto 3500 plants per hour without stopping. The machine is kept in synchronisation with your potting automatically. If your operator increases the speed of potting the Dempic will increase its speed automatically without complaint !

Pick up from the plug tray is firm and gentle and the placement into the pot is again deliberate and without compromise to the plant. The key advantages of the Dempic are firstly the labour it can save. Typically 2-3 people (potters) depending on your speed, consistency - the Dempic will consistently plant every plant the same way, accuracy - with accuracy comes quality and uniformity.

The Dempic has a built in on board PLC and user control panel with LCD display. The Dempic is programmed by our staff to cater for the trays you require. There is a small charge for each tray for some spacing bars required for each tray but programming is typically free.

The Dempic works really well with Ellepots. The Ellepot is quite advantageous to the grower because the tray of plants can be graded to 100% populated prior to transplanting. The nature of the Ellepot means that transplant shock is pretty much eliminated.
