The Demtec DT-5016 is certainly in a class of its own when it comes to potting very big nursery containers. The machine has been thoughtfully designed and accomodates many additional features not commonly found on potting machines allowing it to perform to an exceptional degree.
The design has been optimized to allow the easy potting of large shrubs or trees at a comfortable working position. The turntable is positioned at a lower height than would normally be expected which means that the bigger containers can be filled and worked on at a height more favourable to staff working at the machine. Just some of the beneficial aspects of the machine include a very, very big hopper - 5000 Litres, a variable speed drilling unit that can be programmed. A dwell timer to allow perfect fill control and fully automatic soil supply.
Just looking at the machine you will be amazed by the quality of the design and the workmanship that goes into the construction of this model. This is a superb machine that is both well balanced with equipment and strong. Designed specifically to withstand the riggers of potting larger shrubs into containers. In keeping with all of the Demtec range this model is constructed on a proper chassis and is fitted not only with heavy duty big wheels but it also is supplied as standard with a towing arm so that it could be used anywere around the nursery if required. This model is supplied as standard three phase and we can if you wish also provide either 5 or 10 cubic metre static or mobile soil hoppers to feed it with extra media if neccessary.See the DEN models 5000 and 10000. If your nursery does not have three phase on-site we can easily address this and it will not preclude you from owning this machine. We are able to artificially generate three phase supply by using one of our three phase convertors.
